Having peace of mind is and intentional act. Choose to use encouraging words to condition your mind and calm your spirit. We as believers are called into the strength and grace. The world will strip you of all your energy and fortitude we must be diligent to devote time to declaring peace of mind.

Your mental health is important take care of your mental health intentionally. Naturally, some days are better than others, don't wait till bad days encroach upon you before you consider managing stressors. We must learn to be proactive in maintaining the mental health balance.
