Welcome to IFS Wellness Center

I Finish Stong Wellness has created a true, collaborative, holistic, integrative-wellness approach to mental health on a focus solely on the client.  The integrative approach places the client(s) at the center of the treatment which embraces the full range of emotional, physical, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental influences that can affect a person's health and well-being. This model uses an individualized, personal approach that takes into consideration a person's unique circumstances and needs. The goal is to help a client establish or restore optimum health and wellness. A wide array of interventions are utilized from a range of holistic disciplines. It is for that reason that a collaborative approach is so integral to its success.

IFS Corporate Wellness - Transform Your Staff in 1 Year - Call Today

As you are aware, health benefit costs continue to rise. In the past, employers have tried to lessen these costs by adopting managed care strategies, shifting costs to employees, and reducing benefits. These solutions are no longer effectively controlling costs and are depressing the value of health benefits for employee recruitment and retention. An alternative strategy to contain costs is to improve the health of employees so that less medical care is required. As a Health Coach, I provide group workshops that educate your employees on how to improve their health, choose healthier food, and take actions toward

living a more balanced life. Contact us IFS Wellness Center 541-203-0841

IFS Strategies for Encouraging Staff Wellness in Trauma-Informed Organizations - Call Today

Chronic emotional stress can also affect patients and provider organizations. Chronic emotional stress often leads to staff turnover, which can create a negative feedback loop that intensifies similar feelings in the remaining employees. Recruiting and training new employees can significantly drive up operating costs, leaving fewer resources for mission-related activities such as patient care, staff training, and program development. IFS Staff and Coaches can assist you with transforming your community or staff to a healthy way of internal living. Contact us IFS Wellness Center 541-203-0841
