Hi, I'm the "Keep it Movin" Coach  (K.i.m)

As a Transformational Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life.  I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and discipline.  By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals. We call is "Navigate Your Reset1"

This release causes fresh freedom. In this process, you are able to let go of the limiting perceptions that block you from optimal healing. As a result, you become open to greater self-trust and confidence. You can now open your heart, passion, and your attention to your inner being and a wisdom that has always been there.

I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition credentialed through the New York State Department of Education. I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized "road map to health" that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Your professional program will radically improve your health,  happiness are tied into becoming your authentic self. Together, we'll explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Strategic Intervention (also known as SI) is a project dedicated to extracting the most practical and effective forms of strategic action and communication from a variety of disciplines: Ericksonian therapy, strategic family therapy, Human Needs Psychology, organizational psychology, neurolinguistics, psychology of influence, strategic studies, traditions of diplomacy and negotiation, game theory, and others. The term “Strategic Intervention” was coined by Anthony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, and Mark Peysha to describe their change work. Mark Peysha has further developed Strategic Intervention as an interdisciplinary framework and movement.
